HOW IT WORKS
Trade Purchase
- You manage the project.
- 20% off public retail prices on originals, commissions, and prints.
- Net‑15 payment after delivery for approved partners (first project: 50% to start, 50% before delivery).
Referral-Only
- You introduce the client and I work directly with them.
- 10% referral fee on what they buy at full retail.
- If you can’t accept fees, we convert your 10% into a client discount.
HOLDS & APPROVALS
- Free 7‑day holds so you can get client approval without losing the piece.
- Local (South Florida): 48‑hour in‑home approval with 100% refundable deposit.
- Out‑of‑area: shipped for approval with 100% refundable deposit. Shipping cost is not included and not refundable.
CUSTOM COMMISSIONS
- Priced at 1.25× the comparable original list price, with trade or referral applied.
- Payments: 25% deposit to reserve, 50% at design approval, 25% at completion.
- Timeline: 6-8 weeks from design approval.
- Optional rush fee: +50% for delivery in 4 weeks (priority production).
- Direction Guarantee included: if your client decides not to move forward after design approval, their deposit becomes a credit toward a future purchase.
