Shipping policy

All prints are made to order and shipped directly to you.

Production time

• We produce each print to order. It takes 4–7 business days to print, fully dry, and package your piece securely.

Shipping time

• Standard (free): UPS Ground, usually 3–7 business days in transit
• Expedited ($49.99): UPS 3 Day, usually 2–3 business days in transit.

Expected delivery window

• For U.S. orders, you can expect your print to arrive within 10–14 days of placing your order with Standard shipping, and 7-10 days with Expedited.

We will email you tracking as soon as your order ships. All timelines are estimates; we will notify you if carriers report any unusual delays.

Damaged orders

• If your order arrives damaged, email info@kylelucks.com within 7 days and include photos of the damage and all packaging. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and produce a replacement for you.
