Return Policy

We want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the refund amount. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kylelucks.com within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Original paintings, custom or personalized items (including commissioned originals), and prints on sale are final sale and not eligible for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the package is damaged in transit, please DO NOT throw it away. Photographs of the package will be required for us to submit a claim to the shipping provider. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for original paintings, commissioned artwork, or any other custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for items damaged upon arrival. In that case, please contact info@kylelucks.com immediately so we can get started on a replacement for you. Please do not discard any packaging since photographs of the damage will be required to process your exchange.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you of your refund once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
