Cardinals Home Run captures the thrill of a home run and the roar of the crowd at Busch Stadium, the eleven pennants that hang over the ballpark in the background representing the eleven World Series titles the organization has won, second only to the New York Yankees in Major League Baseball.

The composition is an energetic mix of splatter paint, polka dots, and drips meant to mimic the feeling of being inside the stadium as the ball cracks off the bat, built from reds and blues for the Cardinals’ colors and green for the field.
