Wellington, FL, located within Palm Beach County, is the Winter Equestrian Capital of the World. Sunday polo is a major attraction for tourists and area residents, especially those in Palm Beach. The original of this work is painted on an authentic, 100% silk Hermès scarf, inspired by illustrations of polo players in action from around the world. The center of the scarf just happens to read "Hermès Cup Palm Beach."

The French fashion house Hermès and its luxurious products are known around the world, but most people probably aren’t aware it began as a harness maker in 1837 in Paris. The brand has maintained its equestrian roots as a title sponsor of Wellington’s world-renowned Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF). Lucks built a custom wood support for the scarf, just as Hermès crafts made-to-measure harnesses and saddles.
